The lobby is the connection between the East and West towers. Here guests will find the NMS Service Desk (serviced 24 hours during winter season) and the lobby bar area, perfect to unwind after a day of skiing or boarding. The ramp to the left of the bar leads to the West Tower which also houses the onsen facilities and restaurant. The steps lead to the East Tower, which contains the ski storage rooms (separate for owners and guests) on the ground floor and penthouses on the eleventh floor.
